Iron Oaks Lacrosse was founded with one goal: give Sonoma and Napa County kids access to the fastest game on two feet. We believe every kid who wants to play lacrosse should have a place to play — regardless of experience, ability, or background.
Our coaches have been developing youth lacrosse players in Sonoma and Napa Counties for over a decade, producing championship teams at the U10, U12, and U14 levels. But wins aren't the point — the point is building kids who are tough, disciplined, and love the game.

10+ years coaching youth lacrosse in Sonoma and Napa Counties. Led teams to U10, U12, and U14 championships. Club president, WCLC board member, and full-time lacrosse dad.
